Its me John from Bangalore. Its been more than 15 days I am running behind Airtel and they are unable to provide me support. Here is what exactly my issue...
Just a month back I was using call forwarding on my landline. Whatever call comes on my landline it gets forwarded directly to my cell. For some reason I did disable that option and now no way I am able to enable that option.
Airtel says 114+Telephone number. But the moment I press 114 it gives me engage dial tone. Airtel did explain the call forwarding option on below link but it doesn't work
I have been calling to them its been more than 7 days. Everytime they gives me a complain number and no one comes home to solve this issue. Very unhappy with such support from Airtel. If anyone here can help me how exactly I can get this solution would be really great.
